Minister Norman Baker 'wants to see end to ALL animal experimentation in the UK'!
UK Home Office Minister for Crime Prevention and regulator of the use of animals in science, MP Norman Baker, has spoken out in favour of a total ban of animal experimentation.
"It is not simply a moral issue. We as a nation can get strategic and economic advantage from this" - Baker.
